Our six-part approach is a thoroughly, well thought out process that utilizes a variety of resources to identify, attract, and present candidates to our clients, giving them the opportunity to select the best talent for their company, and giving those candidates an opportunity at a fresh start and a new career.
Our information technology specialists have a vast knowledge and understanding of this always changing industry. They understand not just what makes up a successful placement, but also the technical side of the job. We do not feel that someone who has no background and no knowledge of your industry can accurately point your career in the right direction, which is why you will only be dealing with members of our team that have real life experience working in the information technology or technological services industry.
Finding a skilled candidate employment is easy, everyone wants someone that is hard working and knows what they are doing. The tricky part is landing that same candidate a job where they are not only well paid, treated with respect, and have the ability to utilize their full range of skills, but a job where they can build strong professional relationships and truly have an opportunity to develop and build their career. At The Link SG we are experts at this! Our six-part process implements multiple interviews, a complete background check, and hours upon hours of research, among many other factors before we decide to pair you with an employer. This process can take anywhere from 6-15 weeks, with exceptions being made under very rare circumstances. We do not ever rush this process because we are not simply trying to pair candidates with companies, we are trying to find the perfect fit for both sides, and this takes time.
