Having been in business for over ten years, we have come to realize that it is impossible to accurately screen and place candidates into jobs where they can thrive and build a long lasting career without having a vast understanding of their industry, their position, and their skillset. This is why The Link Solutions Group’s team is made up of professionals that not only understand what it’s like to work in the professional services industry, they’ve actually worked in it.
We go through a very specific six-part process, before setting you up with interviews at companies that we feel match up well with your experience and skillset. This process does however take time, and why shouldn’t it? Your career is one of the most important aspects of your life, it wouldn’t be in anybody’s best interest for us to just place you with the first available company in your industry. We do a thorough background check on both you and the companies seeking candidates in your industry, conduct our own interviews with you to get a feel of what you are best suited for, and only then do we move on to you actually meeting potential employers. This can take anywhere from 6-15 weeks, and we recommend that you do not rush this process. Under extreme or rare circumstances, a bit of a “fast track” can work out fine, but for the most part we have found that a minimum of 6 weeks is required to find the proper solution. Because it’s never just about finding a job, it’s about finding the right fit!
